Deposit policy for groups of 10 to 30 suites per night.
• Upon signature of the group contract, an initial (non-refundable) deposit of $100 USD per person is required in order to confirm the group booking as definite. Once this initial deposit is received, the hotel will proceed to remove the contracted group suite block from its inventory for sale.
• A 2nd deposit of 30% of the total estimated suite-block revenue must be paid 119 days prior to group arrival,
• A 3rd deposit of 40% of the total estimated suite-block revenue must be paid 89 days prior to group arrival
• The final payment of the pending balance of estimated total suite block revenue must be paid 45 days prior to group arrival,

• Upon signature and up to 120 days prior to the group's arrival, the entire group cancellation will result in the loss of the first (non-refundable) deposit ($100 USD per person).

• 1 complimentary private event (lunch or dinner) for a maximum of 3 hours with a minimum of 15 suites, in-house decoration included. Location to be determined by the resort.
• Upon request, an All-Inclusive bracelet could be applied for early check-in at 11:00 a.m. and/or late check-out at 2:00 p.m.
• Extension of group rates for 2 days before and/or 2 days after the group's stay, subject to availability, when booked with full payment at least 45 days before group's arrival.
Terms and conditions
Resort credit is not cumulative, redeemable, or transferable. It has no cash or commercial value and cannot be modified or combined with any other credit. It does not apply to beauty salon or boutique. The $300 USD resort credit per suite per stay could be used as follows:
• $200 USD towards 50 minutes or longer Spa treatment (a maximum of $40 USD will be applied per treatment).
• $50 USD towards the resort’s boutique (valid on a minimum purchase of $200 USD).
• $50 USD towards imported wine list selection.
